Role & responsibilities Provilac Milk is seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate and timely information about Provilac Milk products, services, and delivery schedules. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex cases to the Customer Service Manager as needed. Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including telephone etiquettes and service standards. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO setting. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong understanding of telephone etiquettes and customer service best practices. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-centric attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service. Knowledge of the dairy industry and products is a plus.
