Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)·        Response Time: Reply within 1 hour during business hours. ·        Customer Satisfaction: Maintain 95%+ positive feedback. ·        Lead Management: Track all inquiries and conversions accurately. Desired Skills & Qualifications·        Graduate (any discipline); fluent in English. ·        Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Instagram & Google Sheets. ·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
