A reputated transport company is currently hiring Customer Care Executive position for Kolkata location. Role & responsibilities Handling customer helpline calls and resolving immediate issues. Managing customer feedback and addressing queries efficiently. Mail handling and communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and chatbot. Ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Maintaining records and reports in Excel and CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduation degree (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or a related field. Age: Below 35 years. Skills: Strong listening skills and good communication. Tech-savvy with expertise in handling digital communication. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software. Language skills: (Hindi, English,Bengali) basic so that she can communicate with us Perks and benefits Should be comfortable with flexible working hours.
