Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) to manage inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction. Generate and nurture sales leads that contribute to business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the right tools and methods. Meet individual and team sales targets Effectively manage customer queries, offering timely resolutions and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer records, process accounts, and file necessary documentation. Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative. Strong phone handling skills with active listening ability. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities. A track record of exceeding sales or service targets is a plus. Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Malayalam . Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required. Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (+2) or Graduation in any discipline.
