Customer Care Executive - Logistic Industry preferred

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Customer Query Handling: • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries through phone, email, or other platforms, ensuring prompt responses. • Provide accurate information about shipments, bookings, delivery schedules, and other service-related queries. 2. Complaint Resolution: • Address straightforward customer complaints and escalate more complex issues to senior team members when necessary. • Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm the resolution of their complaints. 3. Cross-Department Coordination: • Communicate with operations teams to track shipment statuses and address customer queries. • Co-ordinate with the senior to clarify any customer concerns related to charges or payments. 4. Documentation & Data Entry: • Maintain up-to-date records of customer shipments, softcopy of POD and deliveries. 5. Customer and Vendor Follow-Up: • Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding shipment statuses, Proof of Delivery (POD), and pending issues. • Ensure customers are regularly updated about the progress of their requests. 6. Assistance in Reporting: • Assist senior team members in preparing customer service reports by collecting and organizing relevant data. 7. Learning & Development: • Continuously improve understanding of the companys processes and services. 8. Supporting Senior Staff: • Provide support to senior customer care executives in resolving complex queries or managing large client accounts. pls note : Experience candidates from the logistics industry will be preferred , other industry is not considered.
