Roles and Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications. - Provide excellent customer service through voice process. - Assist customers with flight, hotel, and package bookings. - Ensure high-quality resolution of customer issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Adhere to service quality standards and meet performance metrics. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduates or dropouts can apply. - Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible. - Candidates must have excellent English communication skills. - Stability in past work experience is required (avoid applicants with multiple short-term job changes). Salary & Benefits: - Salary for fresher with avaerage comms up to 21k ctc ( 17,000 in-hand). - Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (24,000 in-hand). - 5 days working with 2 rotational offs. - Both-side cab facility provided.
