This is a full-time, work-from-office role with a night shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, emails, and chat. Provide prompt and professional assistance to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with clients. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow company guidelines and service protocols to provide high-quality support. Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international customer support role (US process preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to handle customer escalations professionally. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
