Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team at GKG Research in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and provide accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs promptly. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals. Qualifications and Skills: 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
