As a Travel Customer Care Executive/Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in promoting travel packages, providing information about destinations, and assisting customers in planning their trips. This position requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their travel preferences, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, special deals, and seasonal offers. Respond to inbound calls from customers interested in booking travel arrangements or seeking information about destinations. Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, including destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities. Customize travel packages based on customers' preferences, budget, and travel dates. Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services. Follow up with customers to confirm bookings, provide additional information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with travel agents, tour operators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
