Job Description

Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Provide information about available bike models, features, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers in selecting the right bike based on their preferences and needs Process bike orders and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and address any delays or issues. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments, such as service and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest bike models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers. Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact details, interactions, and service history.
