Role & responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows: Handling customer queries Provide information about services To convert all enquiries into appointments To schedule Appointments Follow up with Missed Appointments Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization Skills: Minimum 2 years Call Centre Experience. Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent. Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.
