Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Salary 18k to 22K plus attractive incentives

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Provide accurate information aboutservices.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
