Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing the tele sales team for Motor/Health Insurance within the company.

Will be responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing the performance of Telesales Managers. Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Recruiting and training managers, monitoring and implementing the performance of sales strategies.

Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets.

Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.

Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create Cross Sell and Upsell opportunity.

Will be responsible for CRM portal and Dialler

Key Skills:

At least 3-5 years of managerial experience as a Telesales Manager or a similar role in the Sales Team

Leadership and Networking skills, Ability to scout the right talent & onboard them

Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
