Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries related to orders, offers, and general support for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English , be comfortable managing queries across multiple channels, and have hands-on experience with Excel for tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle queries via phone, email, chat, and social media . Order Management: Assist customers with order status, cancellations, refunds, and delivery updates . Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction . Offers & Promotions: Explain discounts, offers, and loyalty programs to customers. Data Handling: Use Excel to track customer interactions, generate reports, and analyze common issues. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics team to resolve delivery-related concerns. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in customer service (e-commerce experience preferred). Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written). Hands-on experience with Excel (data entry, basic reporting, tracking queries). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple queries efficiently.
