Job Description

Responsibilities: Customer Communication: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. * Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product/services, installation procedures, and timelines. * Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Installations Coordination: * Schedule and coordinate new installations in collaboration with the installation team. * Ensure that installation appointments are organized efficiently to meet customer expectations. * Communicate installation timelines and requirements to customers and internal teams. Documentation and Data Management: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and installation schedules. * Generate and update reports related to customer interactions, installations, and service requests. * Document customer feedback and report recurring issues for process improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with sales, technical support, and other departments to address customer needs effectively. * Work closely with the installation team to ensure all resources are available for successful project completion. * Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
