📢 We’re Hiring! – Customer Support Executive (Platinum Voice – MLB) 🏢 Company: Altruist Technology 📍 Location: No. 23 & 24, Hosur Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560068 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 Take Home 🕒 Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM 📆 Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week 🎓 Education: Graduate (Any Discipline) 🗣 Language: Proficient in English & Hindi 👫 Gender: Open to Fluent Male & Female candidates 🔞 Age Limit: Up to 30 years 💼 Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in customer support 🌟 Job Summary: Join our team at Altruist Technology as a Customer Support Executive – Platinum Voice (MLB)! 🎧📞 In this voice-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving their queries with a smile. 😃💬 🔍 Key Roles & Responsibilities: 🔸 Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls in a professional manner 🔸 Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, accounts, and issues 🔸 Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience 🔸 Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments 🔸 Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM systems 🔸 Follow up on open cases and ensure complete resolution 🔸 Adhere to company policies, including data privacy and quality standards 🔸 Achieve targets related to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Call Quality 🧠 Skills & Competencies: ✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi ✅ Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner 📞 ✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 🧩 ✅ Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude 🤝 ✅ Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends ✅ Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools 💻
