What You’ll Do: Be the main point of contact for our clients — helping them choose the right outfit, answering queries, and resolving issues. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Work closely with the design and production teams to track orders, update timelines, and ensure smooth deliveries. Handle client escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Provide styling suggestions and guide customers on what works best for them (training will be provided if needed). Gather feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services.
