Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound)

Shift & Schedule

Rotational Shifts
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (Any Stream) is mandatory
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge
Versant Level 4 (required)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record and maintain complete interaction details in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the respective department.
Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets while adhering to company policies.
