Customer Bond Advisor

Role Overview: As a Customer Bond Advisor at LiquiBonds, you will be part of a rapidly growing platform specializing in Fixed Income Products, including Bonds, NCDs, AIFs, and other innovative investment opportunities. Your role will involve acting as a trusted financial partner to investors, understanding client aspirations, mapping suitable fixed-income products, and building lasting client relationships by offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in client engagement and prospecting by initiating outbound calls and virtual meetings with potential and existing investors. - Conduct consultative sales by pitching, explaining, and simplifying fixed-income products in an engaging manner, recommending products aligned with clients" investment horizon, risk appetite, and return expectations. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and repeat investments. - Build and maintain long-term trust with clients through personalized service, becoming a go-to advisor for fixed-income investments. - Stay updated with financial markets, industry trends, and competitor products, and communicate regulatory updates effectively. - Ensure accurate updates in CRM systems for client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress tracking, sharing insights with the leadership team on client feedback and market opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred. - 1-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory. - Strong understanding of fixed-income products (Bonds, NCDs, AIFs) will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Ability to connect with HNIs and affluent clients, build long-term trust, and demonstrate a target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset. - Passion for financial markets and a strong desire to grow in the investment advisory space.,
