About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Acquisition Associate (Insight Sales) with 1–2 years of experience to join our high-growth team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of researching high-quality leads and reaching out to potential customers to spark their interest in our solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in lead generation or inside sales support, who’s ready to take their skills to the next level and contribute more strategically.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct targeted research to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads across industries. Create and maintain accurate lead lists with validated contact information. Craft and send personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategy and target profiles. Manage and update lead status in CRM tools. Take initiative in improving internal research processes and tools. Mentor or assist junior team members with best practices in lead generation and outreach execution.

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and personalization.

Proven ability to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and comfortable working with CRM systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Team player who can also contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
