Profile: Customer Acquisition and Retention. 2. Ensure that POs, PIs, Invoices etc are updated and complete in folder. 4. Coordination with other departments like accounts, projects , sales, production and make sure to complete the project smoothly. 5. Maintain a customer satisfaction by resolving issues through mails, calls. 6. Create and deliver monthly reports on CRM performance, including sales incentive, customer behavior. 7. Regularly monitor and resolve CRM-related issues to ensure smooth operations.8. Collect feedback from customers post-purchase and after service interactionsx 8.
