15 years full time educationSummary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Deep expertise in frontend and backend development using React, Node.js, or Java - Strong experience in REST API design, microservices architecture, and system integration (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+) - Skilled in performance optimization, application scalability and secure design. - Strong understanding of UI architecture and application design principles - Experience with Azure cloud-native applications and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS) - Experience in writing and maintaining unit/integration test. - Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) - Agile Methodology - Technical leadership and mentoring nice-to-have Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
