15 years full time educationSummary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS) -Experience with backend development using Java, Node.js, or similar frameworks (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+) -Familiar with REST API design, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab) - Familiar with Application design principles -Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker) - Hands-on with JUnit 5 and Postman -Agile methodology -Testing frameworks or DevOps exposure is a plus Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
