Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Educational Qualification :

15 years full time educationSummary: You will be responsible for designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests across web and enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, contribute to reusable testing components, and support performance tuning efforts. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand performance test requirements and design appropriate test scenarios.
Develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Execute performance tests, monitor system resources, and capture key performance metrics.
Perform root cause analysis for performance issues and collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for resolution.
Document findings, support defect resolution, and ensure traceability of performance issues.
Contribute to the development of reusable components and performance test frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and analysis.
Proficiency in scripting with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Good understanding of HTTP protocols, APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
Familiarity with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and basic scripting (Python, Shell) is a plus.
Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills. Additional Information:
