Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging in Agile practices, and contributing to the development of innovative software solutions that align with a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. You will play a crucial role in creating value across various projects, ensuring that the software meets business requirements and enhances user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

Ability to create detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
