Summary:We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter-SAP Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain seamless integration between Siemens Teamcenter PLM and SAP ERP systems and other legacy systems The ideal candidate will have experience in PLM-ERP integration, strong knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model, SAP Business Processes, and expertise in middleware tools like T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP), T4ST T4EA
Roles Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and support Teamcenter-SAP integration using T4S/T4ST/T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications). Work closely with business users to define integration requirements between PLM and ERP systems. Customize T4S/T4ST/T4EA workflows, mapping, and BOP (Bill of Process) synchronization. Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance. Implement data exchange solutions between Teamcenter, SAP and Enterprise Applicaitons (BOM, Material Master, Change Management, etc.). Ensure data consistency and integrity across both systems. Develop scripts, configurations, and customizations to extend T4S/T4ST capabilities. Collaborate with SAP and Teamcenter consultants to align business processes. Provide technical support and documentation for integration solutions.
Professional Technical Skills:3-8 years of experience in Teamcenter-SAP integration. Strong expertise in T4ST (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP) and/or T4EA. Hands-on experience in Teamcenter modules (BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Designer). Knowledge of Teamcenter, SAP, MM, PP, and BOM structures. Experience with ITK, SOA, BMIDE, TCL, Java, C++, and Teamcenter data model. Good understanding of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and middleware concepts. Experience with Change Management (ECR/ECO), Material Master, and Document Management in SAP Teamcenter. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Additional Information: Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace and its interaction with SAP. Strong hands-on experience of Integration of Teamcenter with SAP ERP. Exposure to cloud-based PLM and ERP solutions.
