Summary:The Android Architect will be responsible for defining the technical direction, architecture, and design for complex Embedded Android applications. The role involves overseeing development activities, evaluating technology decisions, and ensuring that the overall solution meets performance, scalability, and quality standards. Need to work closely with multiple engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business and project goals. Roles & Responsibilities-Act as the technical expert for Android architecture, design patterns, and platform-level decisions.-Own the architecture roadmap and ensure the system remains scalable, stable, and maintainable.-Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches across teams.-Support decision-making across multiple teams to maintain consistent technical direction.-Identify and resolve complex technical issues that span across modules or components.-Evaluate new tools, libraries, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.-Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align architectural choices with project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills-Strong expertise in Embedded Android development with deep understanding of architecture and system design.-Experience with Android SDK, NDK, and debugging.-Good understanding of architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular application structures.-Hands-on experience with Git, including CI/CD pipelines and automated builds.-Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize large multi-module Android applications.-Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.Good to Have-Exposure to Android Automotive or embedded hardware environments.-Experience working on connected ecosystems involving embedded systems.
Additional Information-Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Embedded Android development, with at least 5 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role.-Candidates should have completed 15 years of full-time education. Qualification 15 years full time education
