Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating those insights into functional specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement application features based on user feedback and business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Ability to create detailed documentation for business requirements and application functionalities. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
