Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Curriculum Developer and Designer. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing innovative, engaging, and effective educational content for virtual and augmented reality platforms. The candidate will work collaboratively to perform detailed research, design instructional materials, and ensure curricula align with learning objectives. The role also emphasizes creating strategies for interactive learning experiences and conducting assessments to improve content and methodology.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create high-quality learning materials.
Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and educational content.
Proven ability in conducting Research to ensure materials are accurate, current, and effective.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms associated with virtual and augmented reality-based learning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field (preferred).
Experience in designing content for immersive learning technologies or e-learning platforms is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, on-site work environment.
