As a salesperson at Atlas Copco Brand Industrial Vacuum Pump Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to develop business within the defined territory of North India Region. Your objective will be to increase sales, market presence, and market share while adhering to the Vacuum Technique structure and guidelines. You will work towards achieving annual sales targets for the assigned region, supporting indirect sales channels, and motivating Industrial vacuum dealers to meet their sales KPIs through regular training and support. Your role will also involve preparing sales promotion plans, coordinating order execution and sales support, updating customer contacts in a timely manner, and ensuring timely submission of reports for better business support. You will need to be a team player, observe market changes and competition activities, and share insights during monthly review meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for follow-up on outstanding receivables and ensuring compliance with bank guarantee and LC procedures. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused approach. You should have a track record of meeting sales goals, strong negotiation skills, time management abilities, and relationship-building skills. An energetic and self-driven attitude, proficiency in English and local languages, and willingness to travel extensively are essential requirements.
