Job Description: Cultural Coordinator (Group Head) Position: Cultural Coordinator (Group Head) Location: Kanha Makhan Group of Schools, Mathura (with oversight of all branches) Reports To: Principal/Director Job Summary: The Cultural Coordinator (Group Head) is responsible for overseeing and enhancing cultural activities across all branches of the school. The role involves planning, monitoring, and improving the quality of cultural programs, ensuring consistency in execution, and fostering student participation. The coordinator will provide improvement suggestions and maintain high cultural standards in line with the schools vision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement an annual cultural activity calendar for all branches. Standardize and ensure uniform execution of cultural programs across branches. Supervise, guide, and support branch-level cultural coordinators. Organize and manage inter-school and intra-school cultural competitions and events. 2. Monitoring & Quality Enhancement: Conduct regular visits to branches to assess cultural activities. Evaluate the quality of cultural programs and suggest improvements. Ensure high standards of performance, discipline, and student engagement. Maintain records of cultural activities, student participation, and event reports. 3. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for cultural staff and student leaders. Introduce innovative and engaging cultural activities to enhance student participation. Encourage and prepare students for district, state, and national-level competitions. 4. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align cultural activities with the schools vision. Collaborate with external organizations for workshops, guest lectures, and cultural partnerships. Promote cross-branch participation and exchange programs to enhance cultural exposure. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Event Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cultural event management, preferably in an educational institution. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent event planning and organizational skills. Effective communication and public-speaking skills. Passion for cultural activities, student engagement, and the arts.
