Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Executive to join our team at Margaritaville Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in cooking and hospitality.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
