Reconciling data in our processing systems with client statements and card charge data. Preparing client statements. Reconciling customer payments against bookings and identifying discrepancies; coordinating with the investigations team to resolve them promptly. Preparing hotel and supplier payments. Preparing payments for buyer and supplier partners. Ensuring accurate data capture within the accounting system. Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience working with and reconciling large datasets. At least 1 year of experience collaborating with clients on statement reconciliations. A degree in Accountancy or Finance. Strong numerical aptitude with an interest in solving complex transactional and data-related issues. Proven experience in resolving payment-related discrepancies. Proficiency in MS Excel. This is a remote position; a strong and reliable internet connection is essential.
