CTO & Co-founder

You are being offered the role of CTO & Co-founder at a social connect platform named Murm. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and scaling of the platform across web and mobile platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end development of a multi-platform app (iOS, Android, and Web) - Define and execute the technology roadmap and product architecture - Set up and manage cloud infrastructure, databases, and DevOps - Collaborate closely on product features, UI/UX, and user journeys - Assemble and lead a small, agile tech team as the company grows - Make key product and engineering decisions as a co-founder **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of full-stack development experience - Proven experience in building and launching consumer apps or marketplaces - Expertise in technologies such as Flutter/React Native, Node.js, Firebase, or AWS - Strong product thinking and user-first approach - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment - Interest in building tech that facilitates human connection and social well-being In addition to the role and responsibilities, the company offers co-founder equity and a significant role in the company, full creative and technical ownership of the product, and a clear mission-driven purpose of making authentic human connections more accessible.
