Job Description

Role & responsibilities For CT, MRI technician- Perform CT scans, MRI scans, and X-rays according to established protocols and procedures. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate imaging equipment, including adjusting settings and selecting appropriate techniques to obtain optimal images. Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures performed Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including proper handling of equipment and radiation. Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on imaging equipment. Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients regarding imaging procedures. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. For Lab Technician- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently. Prepare and analyze samples, documenting findings and reporting results. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and also maintain the Control. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation. Must have Knowledge of Bio Medical Waste, Spillage, Needle Stick Injury, Order of Draw Technician have must knowledge of taking blood samples Collaborate with team members and support laboratory activities as required. Ready to do Night shifts. For OT Technician- Prepare and maintain operation theatre equipment, instruments, and supplies before, during, and after surgery. Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgical procedures. Ensure the OT environment is sterile and safe for patients and staff. Operate and maintain OT equipment, including sterilization units and surgical instruments. Monitor and manage surgical inventory and restock supplies as needed. Dispose of bio-medical waste as per standard protocols. Assist in patient positioning and transportation within the OT. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and sterilization records. Follow infection control guidelines and hospital safety regulations. Respond to emergency situations in the OT promptly and efficiently. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Skills- CT/MRI Technician- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Minimum experience of 1-3 Years in CT/MRI imaging procedures. Lab Technician- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Lab Technician. Proven experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation OT Technician- Diploma or Degree in OT Technology. Minimum 2 Years experience as an OT Technician in an Eye hospital is preferred. Knowledge of surgical procedures, medical equipment, and sterilization techniques
