Job Description

Position: CSSD Technician
Location: Tieten Medicity Hospital, Kasarvadavli, Thane

About Tieten Medicity:
Tieten Medicity is a multi-specialty hospital in Thane committed to providing advanced, patient-centric healthcare. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CSSD Technician to join our team and ensure the highest standards of sterilization and infection control across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain sterilization logs, records, and traceability documentation.
Operate autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, and other CSSD equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain inventory of sterile and non-sterile supplies.
Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Coordinate with OT, ICU, and other departments for timely supply of sterile items.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma / Certificate in CSSD Technology or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in CSSD operations (preferably in a multi-specialty hospital).
Knowledge of sterilization processes, biomedical waste management, and infection control standards.
Attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
