Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile Operating Theatre (OT) by cleaning and packing instruments, autoclaving, providing sufficient sets and linen, and ensuring the proper maintenance of autoclave and eto machines. Additionally, you will assist in cleaning and fumigation of the OT, dispatching specimens as required, and ensuring compliance with all hospital policies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean and sterile OT - Clean, pack, and autoclave instruments - Provide sufficient sets and linen - Maintain autoclave and eto machines - Pack and autoclave dressing sets, bone-marrow sets, ICD sets, etc. - Assist in cleaning and fumigation of the OT - Dispatch specimens as needed - Ensure compliance with all hospital policies Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in maintaining cleanliness and sterility in an OT - Knowledge of autoclave and eto machine maintenance - Ability to follow hospital policies and procedures Company Additional Details: The company offers a Full-time job type with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
