Key Responsibilities: Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing communication Provide Superior Solutions: Address client issues promptly and effectively with a problem-solving mindset Generate Referrals: Create exceptional service experiences that encourage word-of-mouth and repeat business Attract and Support Sales: Engage with prospective clients and guide them toward ScienceGenic’s services Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, and admin) to ensure seamless client service Handle All Front-End Client Needs: Including follow-ups, service feedback, satisfaction checks, and more What We Expect: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in handling calls, client meetings, and follow-ups Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email handling) A positive, client-first attitude and professional appearance Qualification: Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply) Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Compensation : Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month Incentives: Based on performance, incentives can boost your monthly earnings up to ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 Work Location: ScienceGenic, Gali No. 7, Batala Road, Amritsar – 143001 Walk in for interviews anytime between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Ready to turn conversations into opportunities?
