CSR Senior Associate (consultant) with 3–4 years of experience, tailored for someone coordinating across multiple NGO partners with a focus on livelihoods and education: Position: CSR Associate Experience: 3–4 years Reporting to: CSR Lead/ Senior Consultant Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CSR Associate to support our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, with a primary focus on livelihood and education programs . This role will involve working closely with a diverse set of NGO partners, coordinating program activities, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting impact evaluations. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Liaise with multiple NGOs and partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation of CSR projects, especially in the areas of livelihoods and education. Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress of ongoing projects, compile monthly/quarterly reports, analyze partner data, and support documentation of impact stories. Evaluation & Learning: Support in periodic evaluations, including field visits, data collection, and preparing briefs for internal review and learning. Grants & Compliance Support: Assist in the due diligence of partners, monitor fund utilization, and ensure compliance with internal CSR policies and statutory requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with partners, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress against defined goals. Content & Presentation Support: Help prepare program updates, presentations, and case studies for internal and external communication. Preferred Background: 3–4 years of experience working in or with NGOs, preferably in program implementation, partner management, or donor coordination. Exposure to CSR or development sector projects in livelihoods and/or education. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent documentation and reporting abilities. Willingness to travel for field visits and project assessments. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field. Familiarity with CSR laws and frameworks is an added advantage. Show more Show less
