JobAccountabilities

Transportation :

1]To supervise / monitor overall transportadministration at site.

2]Responsible for complete operation of alltransport facilities at Site such as Employee Bus Service, Employee Owned Cars/ Two Wheelers and private hired Taxi management.

3]Supervise maintain all related records ofvehicles, work orders / contractors list / contract Labour working in thisarea.

Gardening :

1] To monitor/coordinate gardening services forentire Site with the Horticulturist.

2] Supervise maintain all related records, workorders / contractors list / contract Labour working in this area.

Good House-keeping :

1] To monitor/coordinate housing keeping servicesfor entire Site.

2] Supervise maintain all related records,work orders / contractors list / contract Labour working in this area.

Other areas :

1] To monitor/coordinate mail-distribution / courierservices for the entire Site.

2] To supervise maintain completeinfrastructure facilities at Site. Coordinate organize the requirements for the site.

3] To ensure fulfillment / establishment /follow-up of all Licenses and other related matters pending with variousgovernment departments statutory bodies / local authorities such asFactory Inspectorate#s Office, MIDC, MSEB, MPCB, ZP Office at Alibag, localGram Panchayat#s Office, etc.,

4] To maintain very good public relation with theauthorities from all such Offices related to the site management.

5] To assist in preparation of all legal documentsas per the requirement including employee related to foreign visits, foreignbonds, passport, etc.,

Education Requirement :

- Graduate in any field

- Post Graduates in relevant field will be preferred

Experience Requirement :

- 6-12 years, preferably in relevant domain

Skills Competencies :

SkillsRequired (Knowledge and Skills) KeyAttributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Candidates must possess degree ordiploma in administration and has atleast 6-12 years# experience inadministration areas of large Manufacturing Site. Post-graduates will be preferred. He shouldalso be a strong communicator fluent in computers, MS Office,presentations, SAP, budgeting exercise, etc.,
