Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CS (Faculty) Mentor based in Thoothukudi. As a CS Mentor, the individual will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in computer science and software development concepts, preparing them for placements and job opportunities in the tech sector. Responsibilities include designing and delivering technical training, conducting coding sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure their growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in software development, version control systems, and debugging
• Excellent teaching, communication, and mentorship skills
• Passion for enhancing technical knowledge and contributing to student development
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide feedback for students’ improvement
• Previous teaching experience or a background in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
