Customer relationship management (CRM): Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM tools with accurate and up-to-date information. Sales support: Assist senior staff with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials. Administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties, update records, and help manage the sales pipeline. Sales meetings: Attend sales meetings and contribute to discussions on strategy and tactics.
