Role Description This is a full-time on-site Professor role based in Pune. The Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, guiding and mentoring students in their academic pursuits, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional duties include assessing students' progress, designing study materials, conducting research, and actively participating in departmental meetings and events. The successful candidate will also be expected to foster a supportive learning environment and stay updated with advancements in their area of expertise. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Design (B. Des) or Masters of Design (M. Des) Skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD (Illustrator/Photoshop) and strong communication skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students toward achieving their design career goals. Mode of teaching: Offline & Online Experience: Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome; industry/teaching experience is a plus.
