Role Summary As the B2B Leads Specialist, you will play a key role in generating, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our IT services offerings. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify target companies, engage decision-makers, and hand off qualified leads for the sales team to convert. You will help build and maintain the pipeline that drives revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential business clients (companies) which align with our target market (industry, size, geography, service needs). Use channels such as LinkedIn, industry databases, cold email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking to generate leads for IT services. Qualify leads based on criteria (e.g., need for services, budget, decision-making authority, timeframe) and score leads to prioritise follow up. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, outcomes and next steps in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive). Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach materials, messaging and campaigns specifically for target verticals and geographies. Schedule discovery calls/meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. Analyse lead-gen performance (conversion rates, pipeline build, outreach productivity) and suggest improvements to processes and messaging. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and changes in buyer behaviour, feeding insights into the team. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets as agreed. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within IT services / technology / SaaS / software development. Demonstrated track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads for a sales pipeline. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills – able to engage decision-makers and build relationships. Strong research and analytical skills; able to identify target companies, map organisational hierarchy and decision-makers. Comfortable with outbound prospecting techniques (cold call, cold email, social-selling) and persistence. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead-scoring models and sales/marketing automation tools. Self-motivated, goal‐oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Knowledge or interest in IT services, software development lifecycle, outsourcing models is a plus. Preferred (but not mandatory) Experience in selling to international clients (US/UK/Europe) or working across global time-zones. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar lead-intelligence tools. Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) or vertical-based lead generation strategies. Ability to create and personalise outreach templates/messaging for target segments.
