SystemsPlus is hiring for eCommerce Specialist. US Client. Work time : 3pm to 1 am. Work type: Hybrid. Exp : 5 - 7 yr Immediate joiners only. We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused eCommerce & CRO Specialist to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving the performance of our eCommerce platform by analyzing user behavior, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing data-backed strategies to increase conversions, average order value (AOV), and overall revenue. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, Creative, and IT teams to drive continuous improvements in the online shopping experience. Location: Remote Responsibilities: Conversion Optimization Own and manage the end-to-end CRO strategy across the eCommerce site. Conduct user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, MS Clarity, and/or Crazy Egg to identify drop-off points and friction in the customer journey. Develop, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion metrics (cart abandonment, bounce rate, checkout flow, etc.). Recommend and implement UX/UI improvements to optimize landing pages, product pages, CTAs, and checkout processes. eCommerce Performance Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rate, AOV, CLV, ROAS, and revenue per visitor. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align CRO efforts with paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and promotions. Work with merchandising and content teams to ensure products are presented in a compelling, high-converting format. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and personalized shopping experiences. Technical & Analytical Use data to build customer segments and tailor shopping experiences accordingly. Ensure eCommerce platforms are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals. Work with developers to implement testing tools, analytics scripts, and UX improvements. Leverage tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Tag Manager for testing and implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, UX, Data Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and CRO-focused roles Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization tools and best practices Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics Understanding of user-centered design, eCommerce funnels, and online shopping behavior Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving UX and performance challenges Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end troubleshooting Experience with personalization and recommendation engines Understanding of GA4, eCommerce tagging, and event tracking Experience in B2C environments or high-volume eCommerce websites Interested candidate, please drop your CV on khyati.sagar@systems-plus.com, with salary & notice details.
