About the Role:

We are looking for a CRO Specialist who can understand user behavior, analyze website and landing page performance, and help improve conversions across our digital funnels. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to ensure our users get a smooth and effective experience.Key Responsibilities

• Review websites, landing pages, and user journeys to identify areas for improvement.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to understand what drives better conversions.
• Use tools like heatmaps and session recordings to study how users interact.
• Suggest changes to layouts, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to implement updates.
• Track key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and funnel drop-offs.
• Prepare simple, actionable reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Stay familiar with basic CRO practices and ideas.

Required Skills

• Clear communication and good documentation skills.
• Good understanding of how users behave online and what affects conversions.
• Experience using CRO or analytics tools
• Ability to look at data and draw simple, meaningful insights.
• Basic knowledge of landing page structure, funnels, and UX principles.
