About Us:

SM Marains Advances Gearboxs India Pvt Ltd, established in 1962, is a leading name in marine engineering solutions. As part of our digital transformation and customer relationship initiatives, we are expanding our internal CRM operations and application support team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Software Coordinator with hands-on experience in LeadSquared CRM (or similar platforms) to work closely with the Application Team and Sales Executives. This role focuses on CRM setup, customization, troubleshooting, and ensuring all teams are effectively trained to use the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary coordinator between the internal application/IT team and the CRM software support (LeadSquared) team.
  • Oversee CRM customization, user access setup, and integration with sales and marketing processes.
  • Identify workflow or functionality gaps and coordinate with the App Support Team for enhancements or fixes.
  • Train and guide employees (especially sales and customer care executives) on CRM usage, workflows, and best practices.
  • Monitor CRM activities — including lead distribution, follow-up timelines, and data accuracy.
  • Prepare and share CRM performance reports with management.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM operations, preferably with LeadSquared.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM reporting dashboards.
  • Multilingual ability (Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or Telugu) preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
