CRM-SALESFORCE Salesforce, Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the technical architecture of complex Salesforce implementations. With at least 8 years of experience in defining such implementations, you will need to collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements. Additionally, you will review solutions, recommend improvements, and guide the team on Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards. Furthermore, you should have experience in designing solutions in at least 2 Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, or Community Cloud. Your role will also involve working with the Product Owner to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with project stakeholders. It will be your responsibility to translate business requirements into technology solutions on the Salesforce suite of products, covering areas such as Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Security, Integration, and more. You will be required to advise and critique technology solutions, particularly in application customization and development. Key Responsibilities: - Define the system landscape, identify gaps, and prepare a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept. - Review solutions, recommend improvements, and guide the team on Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards. - Design solutions in at least 2 Salesforce clouds. - Work with the Product Owner to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog. - Translate business requirements into technology solutions on the Salesforce suite of products. - Advise and critique technology solutions involving application customization and development. - Design and architect integration of Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, Rest API, etc. - Hands-on experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts. - Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce. - Coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals. Qualifications Required: - Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies. - Salesforce Developer certification (Salesforce Certified Architect) is a good to have. Please Note: The job location is at multiple locations in India with a 5-day work from the office policy. The preferred candidate should have 10 to 14 years of experience, be an Immediate Joiner or able to join within 60 days maximum, and possess mandatory skills in Salesforce and Architecture. The budget for this position is 42 LPA, including variables.,
