Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Only Female Candidate)

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels, resolving complaints, promoting repeat business, and improving the overall customer experience through the effective use of CRM tools and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Update and manage CRM software and customer database
• Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
• Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams
• Follow up for renewals, repeat orders, and subscription reminders
• Assist with customer onboarding and documentation
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Maintain reporting and MIS – calls, tickets, conversions, churn, retention, etc.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• First Response Time & Resolution Time
• Customer Retention / Repeat Business Ratio
• Ticket Closure Rate
