Role Description

This is a full-time remote CRM Manager role. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies, analyzing customer data, and improving customer experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, segmenting customer markets, and managing CRM projects to drive customer engagement and business growth.
